You've definately got the order screwed up.... When you unloop in ExtremeHU, you're prompted for a bin as soon as the bootstrap loads.... Not sure what you did after that....
You can't count on "public bins" to keep working for long.... Either use a subbed HU "bin", subscribe to a service, or modify an IRD and use a P4 CAM....
