Damaged receiver 4700???Help

I was in Yvousemu, with no problems and able to see a lot of channels, but suddenly I received a message: Your receiver has serious damage, and I was able to see only channel 101.
I change for may R3 card (that has been working OK, but only I could see same
101 chanel. Is realy my receiver damaged, can bi fix (Receiver 4700)

I have another question. I have YvousEMdish 1.3 c. I can receive a lot of channels from both sat. But I can not get locals and no HBO and no PPV. Can you advise me what to do.
