Model 3700

I picked up this 3700 today and when I read it ( JTAG) here is what I get ...never seen one of these.

Boot strapVerison12bb%#%

Everthing elese looks ok even the location ID .

Anybody have any ideas

Went looking for a CPCD t reflash bcould not find one
