cannot read TSOP on 2700 anymore

My 2700 was hit by ecm by bev was at loc 00000001
I try to use jkeys to flash, but wont read or write
the power goes on the receiver , but cannot read the tsop
can I fix this???
please help

I am also getting this when I try to read with jkey
error 0xfffffffff
now it worked before the ecm, but not now
could it be the jtag is fried?

I'm new to charlie but this might help. I couldn't read my 2700 TSOP and then read somewhere about the AC power line from the computer could cause problems. I then hooked up a laptop and it worked like a charm. Now, I know everyone doesn't use laptops for JKEYS but I read it somewhere and it worked for me. Good Luck!

well it is one that fits in perfectly in the hole
i purchased it
and worked earlier
i did by accident try to read it while the power was on the receiver

i have 2700 with same problem using quad mode j tag reads boxkeys and all that no matter if the jumpers in read or in write but cant flash tried all night couple dozen or fifty times cycled the powermoved the jumper still no go but works fine on 3100
