301.010 "possibly" dead?

I have a 301.010 thats doing some weird stuff. Right now this is whats going on. When I plug ird in the power light comes on for a few seconds then shuts off. The only way I can get the light back on is to unlplug and plug it back in. Same scenario though, it shuts back off. This is what I have done. Checked it with Jkeys and the manufacturere etc was messed up, so I erased and tried stream upate. The light flashes on and off as if it was updating. This went on for hours. Wouldn't update. Hooked it back up and reloaded flash 1 with a good tsop. Now light comes on and goes off again after a few seconds. Hooked it back up and redid both flashes with good ones and same thing. I can't get the ird to power up and stay on at all. I have tested the rg6 cable and getting 19V so I know the connection at the ird is good. No locks at all on the reciever. Any ideas???

Also, I did not do the junkyard fix on this ird, but I did check the voltage at pin 9 (r293) and I can't keep the voltage there long enough (because the ird won't stay powered up) in order to do the junkyard fix.
