Error message 002 "The satellite signal has been lost, signal acquisition is in progress."
Problem: No signal being recieved. Could be that Sat moved, bad weather, New spot beam has removed signal from your area, bad cable connections, Bad switch

That is what it means.

Give me some more specifics. Has this dish worked before? Has the receiver worked before? Do you have a switch installed? Do you even have a dish installed?:D

thanks I can appreciate the humour :)
I am Blonde after all. but yes all was working fine except for the last ECEM...couldn't recover ...only prob..is the 002 error ...

sorry for the confussion...My 301-010 was working until it got Ecmed....erassed the TSOP by accident...still in the process of reseurection.

This 2800 is from the states...was working there, could there be a problem with the file I read onto the card nnw21D ?
The dish is the same one I have for the 301..only one IRD connected to it (2800) now. I can only get the 110 signal program info but black screen.
as I said I checked the signal strength, all excelent but as soon as I change chanel it goes back to 110 and the error 002
check signal..reads on all responders at 119 signal 89--98% strength
will try erassing the A5 in the morning and get back.
thanx for all the help:)
