1000 020 error?

Ok I have been reading a lot and can not find the answer did search for two days now,still no help.This is what I have and have done .I have a 1000 dishnetwork IRD with the boxkeys and IRD # but no original card and I have a rom 3 rev 382 card that I have unlocked.I have read the card it nagraedit and went to the data editor and changed the boxkeys and the IRD# to the 1000 IRD and then wrote image to the card and I still get the 020 error.All I am trying to do right now is to update the firmware and run a check switch on the IRD before I try programming the card to open up all channels.One thing at a time.

Error #020 Is The IRD# On The Card Does Not Match The IRD# In The Tsop.

How do I fix this I have triple check the IRD# and boxkeys and still same error.Do I have to patch something? :) :)

Yes I am and I have check the IRD# and boxkeys over and over.I am not cleaning the card does this matter and I am not patching anything. :)

Do You End Up With A 7-Digit Hex Number And Pad A Zero In Front Of The 7-Digits? You Only Use The Middle 8 Numbers From You IRD#.

R00 1234 5678 - ##

Do Not Use The -## Numbers When Converting.
