Hi testers,
I have a Dave's triple lnb with a built in switch. I am using it to get Bev's 91 and 81 sats. I plug my receiver into one of the four outlet on the LNB. When I do the switch test at Bev's menu it says I have no switch installed on the attenna. HUH??? By the way I am using the 2800, if that makes any difference.

Can someone tell if I am missing something here? Should use other type of antenna instead of this triple lnb?

A pic is attached.

Thanks...

I may be wrong here, but I believe the DTV switches use a different signaling method than Dish/Bev switches so they are incompatible.

cant use that dtv triple lnb with the built in multi switch, but 2 18" dishes with regular lnb's and a sw21 switch each pointed at the bev sat's and your good to go.

the DTV center lnb is worthless for DN or BEV, it is a sat C lnb, special for DTV. The built in multiswitch needs to go also, it is not compatible either....

skinerd is rite. It was my experience. Here 's what I did:

1) take off the Midle LNB
2) move the side LNB 101 to the midle
3) connect the LNB of 119 and 110 to Muti-SW 21
4) connect the output of SW-21 to DN or Bel to receiver
5) Run set up (Menu, 6, 1, 1) check multi-switch
6) Cancel all and wait for Receiver acquire signal
7) Watch TV

Don't forget to turn the dish to the right if DN for signal (119, 110) of to the Left if Bel for signal (91, 82)
