If I Stick The Dq7 Wire Up My B**t Will It Work?

Can some one tell me what the DQ7 wire on the TSOP D.4 is for? I hooked it up on a 2800 and a 3900 Rec. but they want power up. if i take it off it will power up.I had it solder to the SB44 just like the smq. said. is there another place that it will work. :repuke:

For the dlock4 and a model 2800, follow Mili's tsop install how to exactly. For the 3900 follow mili's how to exactly except put VCC to 3.3V pad directly adjacent and behind the 5V pad pictured in Mili's how to.

I followed mili's how to exactly, DQ7 on SB44 it still shuts power off to rec. If i disconnect DQ7 from SB44 rec. will power up. Question , will my D4 lock work with DQ 7 disconnedted??
