quad mode jtag

i have a 3700 reciever connected to my computer printer port and i am using jkeys 2.9 but i get error no response from jinterface on com1, check and retry
can someone help please

your settings are wrong, for your quad mode jtag set it to the printer port, the com1 setting is for a jinterface device it's totally different from your quad jtag
