I have a 2800 that i'm trying to erase SA5. I can read the tsop but can't erase. Keep getting TIMEOUT FLASH ( DQ5 SET ) ERROR. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

Sorry. I've been working on this machine for three days and now have to have help. I've done 4 machines with mili's magic cards but this one is kicking my butt. Just hoping to get this done tonight.

Guys I hope this will help someone. I got this receiver from someone who has gone out of the testing business as of about a year ago. The receiver has a eeprom and tsop lock installed on it. He had them labled locked and normal. After trying everything I could think of I switched them to locked and my problems went away. I erased SA5 and it took the update from BEV. I don't know if he had them labled wrong or if I was just ignorant but I'm glad this headache is over. This is just an example for other newbies like myself. Just stick with your problems and read all you can and you will succeed at this.
