Can an Atmega programmer work on a ROM card? Do I really need an ISO programmer for my ROM's?

you need an iso.Not only to program your cards but also it also unlocks some cards with some of the freeware thats avalible.

If your testing plastic,You have to have an iso.The one I have is also used with dave as well.somthing with multi pupose is not a bad idea if your a tester
