You are not going to get too many helpful replies to this post.
The first requirement of testing is to read.
Every question you asked has been repeatedly answered in other posts.

Not trying to put you off, way too many people come here, and without reading anything, start asking questions.

Start with the newbies guide.......you have a lot to learn.

I'll give you a little but after that read & learn. You have a bev flashed receiver, to flash it for Dish you will need a j-tag. You will need a different dish / dishes, to run rom cards you will need an ISO programmer but it's easier to run a Magic card. There is alot to learn so go to www.bellexpress.vu and start reading everything, I mean everything cause its too much to do here if you have no basic knowledge.
