Help, the guide is blank!

I tried to jtag my 301 ird just to see if I could, I got nothing so I just put it back together. The IRD is subbed. Now the guide shows up blank if you can get it at all. Some times you can't get rid of it. Too weird! What happened ? and can I fix it?

Try doing a hard reset...

Using your remote control, press the following…

right arrow >> (browse)
left arrow << (theme)

The last 3 (info, >>, <<) need to be pressed within 4 seconds. If done correctly, you'll be in the 'Memory Dump'. If so, now press 'TV/VIDEO'. You should now see a 'Non volitile corrupt' msg. Now unplug IRD for 10 secs, then replug.

FYI...by doing a hard reset, all your settings (channel lock password, etc) will be removed.

If you don’t get to the ‘Memory Dump’ screen, you’ll need to start over.
