okay here i am again ,dam jtagging shit sucks ,this is my new approach if i buy a iso loader put in my rom 10 locked (i know it is locked it's been in strean about 2 years ago ) how or will i be able to get the keys ,card on the bottom says da-03 and then be able to program my magic card?sorry for all the posts as you can tell i'm new to all this crap .dtv is much easier.

Not sure what IRD or setup you are using but, I am a pure newbie to this. Made an TJAG cable yesterday going by the wiring I found online, soldered it my 2800 pads, and dowloaded the info using Jkeys to my computer. Don't know what problems you had, but it did work for me the first time. I made a small cable from the pads to a db9 connector. Then make a cable from the puter paralled port to a db9 that will plug into the IRD db9 connector. Good luck with your project.

If your rom 10 is locked then your new approach is not gonna work.
if it has been two years ago then there is plenty of freeware to unlock it and your lan will work
if you put a good enough script on it you may get away without jtagging for a while but eventually your gonna have to ecm fix the receiver. so your gonna need a jtag, sorry

If youre going to spend some money, why not just buy another receiver? Also, dont give up on jtag. I almost did, and I got through it. Keep in mind that 99% of the time, you have messed up SOMEWHERE.
