rom 10 rev a23?

I have a rom 10 rev a23 card that says back door reported disable may contain update. If I understand this correctly, it has to be sent somewhere to be unlocked? If so, where? and approx cost to expect? thanks

not sure A23's can be unlocked yet, matter of fact I know of no-one unlocking them.

I am not aware of A23 unlocking yet. Dish is more interested in card swapping now so it most likely will not be released through the old dealer channels anymore I think. At least from what my dealer ( top 50 USA) tells me.
