I have two IRD's one is a 2700 and the other is a 3800 upgraded to 3900. I jtag the the 2700 no problem getting the box keys. I go to do the 3800 I get unknown device and 0xFFFFFFFF. What could be the problem, I made sure all the solder connections were good the the IRD board and doubled are rechecked the correct hook-up- I have tried the quick JTAG as well as the buffered..ANY advice would be helpful..
