Hello everyone,
I am one of those refugees from Dave's world trying to learn how things run in Charlie's world. I have read Chad's newbie guide and am trying to understand things, but I still need some help from someone with a little more experience.
I have a dish rom 3 that is at rev380 and a friends that is at rev381. I have an iso wave that I had left over form my dave emulating days that can be used for d**h. I downloaded rompopper v02 and dishrom3popper v02 so that I can unlock the cards, but I am having a problem.
According to the readme it says that after running the program and it says that it is complete and the card is unlocked, to go to nagra and do the One step backup. If I get an error I am supposed to try again till it unlocks the plastic.
My question is how many times do I try this? I tried it at least 5 times on my plastic and around 3 times on my friends. I do not want to srcew them up, which is why I am posting. Any and help is greatly appreciated and thanks alot in advance.
