301.013 Keeps shuting down after about an hour of “on” time

Need some help, My 301.013 shuts off after about a hour of being on.. The only way to get back on is to unplug it and come back after a few hours. Does this sound like a corupted TSOP or EPPROM? or is it just on its last leg, I don't smell anything burning, it isn't getting any hotter than it normally has in the past when it was working fine. And one more note I had performed the vidmod on it about 6 months ago. She was my first :) I didn't take the vidmod circuit out.

If you did the old vid mod with resiter and zener doide it may be the problem, The old vid mods left them running all the time and the res/zener overheat, The resiter could also have overheated changing its value now lower and overloading the power supply, Remove it or put a switch in line from c44 to the mod to turn power off to it when you do not need it.
