With flashedit when editing can you just choose any boxkeys you wish if your card isnt married to the reciever?

pretty sure your box key have to match your reciever id#. Now if you changed them both and edited them for your tsop in flash edit,you should be okay

Yes! You can create your own boxkeys. When you program your MC, Atmega, ROM, etc. you need to enter the same boxkeys that it on your IRD (even if you made you own BK's). Remember that boxkeys are in hex, so you must use only the letters A to F and/or numbers 1 to 9.
...or rather, numbers 0-9 and letters A-F (there is no 'o' in hex). We knew what you meant Chap, but I thought I would rib you a little.
