dishnet 61.5

i am using dtv dish i tryed to get 61.5 no luck i found 148,119,110,91,ikept going to my left i was up on the roof for 3 hours. is it hard to get 61.5? i am in L.A

The reason you can't get 61.5 is because it's in the southeast (It's even east of me and I'm in the midwest). Point it at 148 you'll get the same channels as 61.5. Do you have a dishpro or legacy system?
