After a recent encounter with the RCMP re DTH, it seems they are fully abreast of what's going on re cracks etc....
Apparently their Hamilton, detachment is the country leader falling under the jurisdiction of federal enforcement.
The Unit is led by Sgt Larry Campbell and assisted by Cpl Stan williams (stay away from this character at all costs).
DTH is being enforced by Industry Canada,under the CRTC. The person calling the shots in Ontario is Ron Wheeler out of the London and Burlington offices.
It's always better to know who your enemies are !!
