I have an RCA three LNB dish. My question might sound strange, but here ya go.
Every night it goes below 30 degrees the trans ponders lock then unlock every 10 sec., which is very disturbing.
Any ideas? I thought there might be some water in the lnb, but it looks sealed up fine
anyone

It continually searches for satellite, when this happens, but by morning it will be working again.

You can always get some of that wrapping that they put on pipes to keep from freezing and wrap the LNB with it. Plug it in at night and presto.
I also heard that they have dish heaters, for those of you that are in the north. To keep the snow off of it.
I would seriously try another LNB. You can buy them at Wal-Mart.
not the three head LNB
