Does anyone know if the $40 coax cable filters work for digital cable? The ad said that it opened all the channels for cable but we all know how many scammers there are out there.
And i hope i dont get too much shit for this but how come there isnt a section for cable?

don't do this I have a buddy of mine that tried this and all it got him was a lot of griefe and a lot of explaining to do to the cable company. The way digital cable works is a lot more complexe than the analog was. I would not recomend this.

In essance, the filters work. They should actualy be called "blockers" as all they really do is prevent the PPV and other info stored in the receiver from being uploaded to the Cable company. Once your digital receiver's memory in full, you are shit out of luck as you can no longer watch anything.
Furthermore, if you remove the "filter" it WILL upload all the data and you will want to kick yourself in the head when you get the bill.
