I get " Serious problem been detected with your receiver"

I have 3900 receiver and I have an installed lock, It was working fine but suddenly I started to get the message " a serious problem has been detected with your receiver...etc." I made sure that the lock is still in place and well connected but the problem does not wanna go away, Any idea? please help

Which serious error? 151, 152, 153 or 155

151 is usually a bad lock install. double check your connections on the lock. Which lock and which receiver are you running?
