PPV Hi and Lo?

I can't get my PPV's to work and therefore I don't get the channels 502 for low 518 for current and 538 for high readings. Can someone please post these figures for me. Thanks

Welp the folks here helped me out a lot, so now it's my turn to pay that back.. So if someone a little more into testing can correct any errors, that would be appreciated.. Here we go!

1. program your card without any PPV tiers at all so you can get into the guide.

2. get a pen and paper handy.

3. Go to the first PPV Movie (read: Movie, not event, not porn)

4. Highlight it in the guide, press "Info". There's a number in the bottom right corner of the description, write it down.

5. Repeat for all movies listed.

6. Do the same as #3-5 but for Porn, then for PPV Events.

7. Look at the numbers you wrote down in the three sections, you will see the range of them.

8. In your Tier generator, put the high/low of your range in rounded to the nearest 1000 or 500 of the IDs.. So if my low number was 47346 and the high was 47598 I would put in LOW = 47000 and the HIGH = 48000 (you can make this smaller if you want to dodge ECMs)

9. Repeat #8 for porn/PPV Events.

10. You should now have 3 PPV strings generated, paste those into NE and write to card with your other tiers + blocker.

11. Watch porn.

12. Wash your hands.

Thanks for the advice but I can't get any PPV channels past 519. So now what do I do. Couldn't someone just post the hi, lo, and current?

just tune to the channel your interested in and hit the info button on your remote. The event id's will be listed at the end of the event description.

But for PPV's you have to have lo, hi and current and I only can get channels 510 to 519. Is there more PPV channels? From what I am reading there is a channel 538? I am not understanding this PPV thing. Help!

I have read all the newbe stickies. The problem is, I think, that I only have 119 tuned in and the only PPV channels on 119 are 501, 502, 509, 511, 519. Which would be why I can't see the other channels. Thanks for posting the info.

I do not get the Playboy in spanish. I see no id number after hitting "info". I am curious. I do this for fun, I don't watch them... really I dont', it is for my brother :D.

If you're using dish 300 or 18"DTV dish and pointing at 119, I think you'll get about about 3 Porns & 4 PPV, and a few more. The rest are on 110. If you're using dish 500, and get only what seems like 300 Dish channel, check your setup.

Sorry, I should say that I point to 110 on single LNB. I saw Playboy (spanish) on my guide but in RED. So I could not get it. Did I do something wrong?

Yeah in your tier generator just check it off as a subscribed channel, there isn't a PPV ID for that one that I am aware of.
