Got a 3100.013. Followed Mili's Vid Mod. Every step works properly from detecting the proper receiver, to the flash programming. After one is in the flash programming, and placing 7FFFFFAC, we read D500. Place it all to 0000 and the response that comes back is Flash operation completed with incorrect data read back.
Anybody have this happen and how does one get around that?
Thank you!!

You are not sending 12 volts to SB35, Make sure you flipped your vid mod switch and if you did that your wiring is correct.

still troubleshooting. Checking voltage coming from regulator is 12 v but only 3.2 v coming out of switch on both sides. Does this mean that both sb35 and the spot are only receiving 3.2 volts. ? Can someone also tell me if the "spot " needs 12 volts and what would happen if I just soldered the spot directly to output from the regulator in an effort to get 12 volts.

Put 12v to the "spot" and take a chance on smoking the CPU chip.....don't do it.
The switch shouls have 12v on one side, the spot on the other, and SB35 in the middle. The depende on which way the switch is, SB35 is either connected to 12v or the spot. But the spot and 12v never meet.

i had the same problem with the voltage droping from the schiwch. I had to use a bigger switch (less resistive)
