where do I find the SA address ?

Can someone tell me where I can find my SA address?
Do you use jkeys or flashedit? My SA address is 30 and I want to open and correct the string after being hit with an ECM.
I did a complete flash of my 4900 and it did take my origional flash and I'm back to software P215, but my location id is still 00000001. So, I guess I did not correct the ECM. Also the ird will not update in the stream.

click flash programing
unplug replug hiok
right side click on the drop down it says full and drag it to SA 30 click erase 3 times,
unplug
hook up sat feed plug it back in
wait should update
