total newb question

I have a rom3, can it be used in any reciever with proper programming, or can i use it in my 301.010, or 3700? Im having trouble with the 3700 and Im useing a mc in the 010. I need to know whether to buy another reciever for the rom3 but don't know which model. I know the card marries the receiever but does the receiver marry the card? thanks.

You can use the card in your 301 or your 3700.........

Yes u can use a rom3 (rom10 or 11 also) in most of the irds... like the dp301, 27/800 37/8/900, 47/8/900, 6000, 71/200 and a few other, which I dont really recommend using like the 1000, 2300, 3000, 3500 4000, 5000 etc... does are pretty much junk now, if u ask me...
