Receiver fixing after ECM

I am running a sub Rom 10 with a 4900 receiver and running the magic card in "married sub" mode. Just in case I do get ECM'd I want to know in advance how to fix the receiver and clear its memory after an ECM so i can read up and learn.

So that is my question. How do you clear the memory after an ECM and how do you get the receiver back up and running with a sub card. I have a JTAG and Nagraedit and Jkeys software.
