Try reading the card using Nagraedit 3.

Some Rom10s are stubborn in NE4

Try winex5 with the a21 unlocker script. reading it in Nagraedit is not going to unlock the card. What programmer do you have? Do you have echostar with 3.684XTAL selected for program parameters in winex.

I Used Winex And The A21 Unlocker But U Should Try To Use It On Com 1 Instead Of Com 2 Go 2 Configure And Choose Com 1 And Make Sure U Installed The Script Program Needed For Winex..

I Had To Run The Unlocker 3 Times After A Restart To Get Mine Open

yup switch over to com1, make sure echostar with 3.684Xtal is selected in options of winex, Some times you have to run it few times to get it unlock even though it says should be open and go enjoy that's just something that is assumed it worked the first time.

I had the same problem and I used one of the WinExplorer Rom 10 A21 unlockers in the file section, it worked first time, don't recall the exact one that did the trick, I had to try 2 or 3 different ones to get it to work, just start at the top and try every one there in the files section and you WILL unlock it. Seems like it was the 3rd one I tried and it worked beautifully.

If anyone has any thing new on unlocking a Rom 3 at 382 WITH OR WITHOUT MARK please let me know, I have 2 I have been trying on for 3 weeks and can't open them, also if there is anything new to open a Rom10 A23, I would love to know about it

jimy how come you told turbo to go try the files but why aren't u trying the files labeled rev382 unlocker. I think you need to do the same. He already has the files he just needs to run more times and maybe correct his settings. Nothing on A23 yet so don't be searching for it yet only 382.

Hey sukh77, Man I have downloaded maybe 15 different ones (no mark 382's) from here and many other sites and I can't get them unlocked, all the responses are correct, just still locked, I even tried on that marks the card and it wouldn't work, but I think I found my problem.

I cured a lot of problems I had in Niaga, and getting RTM to run by going from this P4 2.8 with WinXPP to a Celeron 600 with 98SE. A friend has those cards now trying to help me, but I bet I could unlock 'em now on the 600Mhz machine

I posted my experiences in a new thread, a LOT of these guys are not nuts, or PC illiterate that are having problems, it CAN be in the PC doing the programming.

JimyT- U are correct PC is part of the problem sometimes. You just have to verify every piece of the equipment is good. Sometime u just need to have spares to swap with. Shit happens. I ran into a problem with jkeys getting DCU peek errors. It was working fine till I built a new PC and started to get those errors, then I just went to my older machine and sure nuff it was the new PC. Im glad u got it figured out.
