Jtag Problem!

put receiver upside down, with back of it facing you. with the 7 pinned side of the jtag facing you, place the most right pin on the most right pad. Make sure the jtag jumpers are right(use the write position for read and writing), the other one is on the jumper without the white arrow. Plug cable into the 3100 plug.
