I have a problem I cant understand, I am installing a 2700 receiver with a dish 500 dish, I got 110 and 119 locked in on the single satellite screen on just about every transponder including 11. when I go to install 500 screen it puts both 110 and 119 meters together and they go locked for a few secs and drop down to unlocked and back again, back and fourth. do the check swith, it is detected and it comes up with the error check connections nothing wrong with connections and the sw21 is brand new straight out of the pack. when I go to the channels all I get is music and info, so I figure that swith error and the dropping out is the problem, I cant figure out why it is dropping when both are together and it works fine on the screen with independant satellites. If anybody has any ideas plmk thanks

Brand new right out of the box means just that, does not mean that it is any good tho....

You need the latest firmware to properly recognize your switch. I'd do a switch check once your firmware is current. You may not need a new switch.
