I have downloaded the ATMEL codes and I don't known how to program my AIO loader with UL4S. The download is currently on my desktop. Could someone tell me the procedures to follow.

001438 is correct.... Mili does test each piece before it leaves his place of business....
Open ExtremeHU....
Put your card in the AIO and check it's status using the checkmark icon....
The program will report what version your ATMEL is flashed with....

While I don't know the procedure for flashing the Mikobu, I think it would be pretty piss-poor customer service for someone to sell a piece of equipment without providing instructions on how to use it.... My advice is to go back to the dealer who sold it to you and make him stand by his product....
You don't see that shit going on around here....
Sorry Mili, but in my opinion that is help....

RoyBoy,
XP Flasher is a program used to flash ATMEL chips while running Windows.... Previously, you had to be in pure DOS to do any flashing.... It's a good little program that has come a long way since it first appeared....
