019 is looped card, No fix. Look for another card.

Well, there are other possible looping events, so we can't say for sure that the cam is dead for now, but error 019 is as bad as it gets with rom3's these days. Read up and you will see what I mean.

I have the sam problem with the recent ECM hit. Now no matter what card I insert i always get the error 019. I don't think the card is looped because I can still read/write to a card for both rom3 and rom10. What is other option?

May or may not help you, but I had the same problem. Was running married sub mode and pulled out both cards. It was a tight fit, so I gave a good tug. End of story, I pooched the card reader, and had to replace it. It all works now in camless 3
