Rom2, Rom3 & Mikobu III

I have a looped Rom2 & Rom3.
Can I use my Mikobu III?

If so, what software would I use to try and unloop them?
Also what file would I write to them if I get them open?

I have been using my iso dual crystal programmer with ATR ressurection and also tried to run Bug Busters in NE with no luck.
I'm becoming frustrated.
