Only get about 8 channels

OK,
I got my rom3 programmed with the subscribed blocker and I only get a bunch of previews and info-mecrial channels. Nothing else.
I camnnot get the 119 bird so I set it on the 110 for now until I can relocate my dish.
I did a tier map for the 110 bird but there isn't anything there. I have it on the "all channels" menu too.
If I go to just a single channel and try to go up/down I get the message the "card is not authorized for this channel, please wait blah blah".
So what am I missing here?
I have 3800/2700 receivers.

Oh yeah, the friggin jtag I got from mili does not work either, I cannot get nothing from nothing no how. What a waste of money that was. I will just have to build my own I figure.

I got my J-Tag from "Mili" and it works Great! If you are trying to J-Tag a 2700 and want more then the Keys then try Grounding Pad #1, to Disable the IRD Re-Boot. Even your own 14kt Home Made J-Tag won't work without doing the above!

Recheck your public keys, Bet key 0 is wrong.

If the public keys are ok another thing you might wanna check that I've been guilty of overlooking before with the same problem is that the box keys on the receiver match the ones on the card. I edited a tsop file once and I know I put the correct box keys in but after trying everything else I re-jtagged it and saw the first four digits of my box keys were zero's on the receiver. Changed it and off and running. Good Luck!
