Locked out of card rom10

I had a rev 16 card. After cleaning I wrote millies file nbcdishv2.ep10 as a patch and then I wrote dish tiers_March31 ep10 on top of it. Now I read the atr and get a rev 20 and then locked out of the card. Is there anyway I can get the backdoor open?
