Rom 3 question

Thanks to alot of good folks in here I am up and running with my Rom 10 .
The directions from Mili for rom 3 do not show win Explorer being used to
install the blocker. I do not want to get creative at this point.
Do I just follow the directons for the rom 3 card from Mili or use win exp for the
Bocker.

With Rom3 open bin image, edit data, open patch, test, run then write image to card. Then open winexplorer5.0 open dishblocker 4 script and apply blocker for rom3 and you should be good to go
