Locks on 3900

How many locks do I need for a 3900 model or do I even need them. Don't see anything about eeprom or TSOP locks for 3900 ird's.
Any advice would be appreciated.

the dlock install is the same for a 3900 as it is for a 2700. You want a tsop lock and an eprom lock. You make the eprom lock yourslef with a 100 ohm 1/4 watt resistor and you put the dlock on to lock your tsop. The guide for the eprom lock is in the how-to at bellexpress.vu and a link to dishlock.com to show you how to install the dlock. (personally I don't care at all for the way dishlock.com shows you how to install dlock on the 2x00/3x00/4x00's, but supposedly it works or Mili wouldn't have the link. I'm still trying to talk Mili into putting his old dlock install how-to back up. The only difference with the model he sells now is DQ7, which goes to SB44)
