Dish and signal were installed and everything check out ok. Got preview channels.. Programmed rom10 card with rom10-nomore64-2 blocker and made my own tiers with RTM 11.8d( used the instructions in Rom Programming how to on this site.) Everything checked out ok in NagraEdite 4..no errors. When I place the card in the reciver the acquiring satellite signal progress remains at 0 of 5. I then cleaned card and placed it back in the receiver and get preview channels ex. 139...What is the problem?

WHen you say you cleaned card you are still using blocker before sticking back in IRD yes???
that has nothing to do with your question I did not notice you said you did after you cleaned it.
I think from your post you may be using a 301, you did not specify what model,
model 6000 are bad about hanging on that screen while the mermory unfucks itself sometime 15 minutes or so if I change tiers on cam.

if it is a 27/-4900 giving you this nag or a 301 sounds like it has something to do with your script. like is the cam set to the correct provider your looking for BEV or The othe one (charlie)
I dont know if BEV has channel 101, DOES IT?? so I think your using dish.
write a basic script like basic channels only, use a clean bin image to start with adding only a few tiers.
go to setup menu and reset to factory defaults.
hard reset the receiver, menu info 6 3 info right left on remote (do it fast and in sequence)till a screen pops up called the NVM dump.
press tv/video on the remote and unplug for 10 to 30 seconds and polug it back in , pull cam before you plug back in justy to get it to complain "smart Card not inserted"
make sure cam id is in all three text boxes under cam id on the data tab of nagra edit.

post some more info.
Switches?
dual lnb's , twin?
dish 500?
model?
What is the longest you have waited?
is the ird set up for dish 500 and your only putting tiers for one bird maybe? or vise versa.

CHACK FIRMWARE on IRD to see if it is current.
