Im new at this so I was just wondering after reading vid mod and dcu error solving how to, maybe I have the wrong jkeys. Im using version2.0.1 (build 008) .
There are several jkeys versions that will get your keys for you, the one you have is not one of them. Look in the downloads section, you will find what you need.

Ok, here ya go.........I've done about 50 of these so you can trust my methods...............start by taking a read of tsop you don't need vid mod to do read tsop. I don't use the standard vid mod, because once mod is done unless you screw up tsop somehow or acidentally do a full erase you won't need it again. I do a 9v vid mod..........
1. cut trace above sb35 (I'll give you a pic). Cut it in 2 places to avoid trace making contact on a bad cut.
2. I use an old power pack from wifes worn out vibrator (don't ask) because I can control when 9v is sent to IRD. But this isn't necesssary. You can use a NEW 9v and put a toggle inline, or just wire 9v straight to board. If you do this be carefull where you sit batt. it is has metal case!
3. You are going to solder wire from positive of 9v to sb35 and neg to some ground (I use top of c68 it is where a resistor would be but isn't great ground and easy to solder to).
4. Open jkeys (MUST be 301-13 version I'll post it also) after IRD detects tsop (You won't get a good read because trace is cut) you will click on flash programming. When info box pops up unplug IRD then plug it back in and quickly clik on OK. Flash programming will open. If it tells you flash codes not recognized try again.
5. In single sector programming on the right side type in 7FFFFFAC then click read it will read 5D00 change this to 0000 (zero's). Then hit program......then click on read a couple of times to make sure it stays zero's........if you perform change and then hit read and it changes back to 5D00 vid mod is NOT working.
6. Once this is done unplug IRD and remove 9v..........now the hard part you have to repair the trace by connecting jumper wire from sb35 to "spot" I'll include pic of this too. Now you can use any blue card or dss rev or magic! Wah Lah!
7. If you need to repair ECM just open jkeys and erase single location sa49 (do this several times 5-6 to make sure it gets erased fully). Now put IRD back in stream and it will fix itsel in about 15-20 minutes. No need to vid mod again and erase tsop.
Last but not least 301-13's are not like other IRD's that if you do A,B,C you always get same result. They are somewhat of a pain in the ass so if it doesn't work the first time keep trying!
The spots in picture are spots you would solder to to reapair trace cut when done....not when doing vid mod.....you do use sb35 in pic for vid mod, but other wire goes to top of c68 wires in pic are from standard vid mod ignor them.
"spot" is left of sb5 ther are 2 very small points with 3 larger points below them we want very small spot on left away from sb5. Hard to solder to.....I dab string of solder on wire then melt to spot.
Mods I'm new to this site, but thank you for letting me post attachments.this makes things MUCH easier sometimes. Anybody else need personal help let me know, I may be new here but I'm far from "new", as you will find out, lol.

A fine point exacto works great, hold handle with one hand and grab sides of tip with fingers of other hand (kind of like holding a pen) so you can control tip. Be very careful not to cut traces to the right and left of sb35. scratch back and forth until you feel groove being cut into board. As for location look at my picture damn it! lol
