ROM3 @ Rev 380 HELP !

Hi, Y'all ! I just got a ROM3 card at Rev 380. I get a good ATR (on a reset) but when I try to back it up...I get the "Backdoor Appears To Be Closed" msg. I tried the default password but it didn't work. Can you please point me to the file I need to use to unlock this card. I don't want to screw this up. Is there a guide for popping this rev. ? Thanks for all your help !!!!

Use RomPopper v02 you will need WinExplorer to run it look in the download section . There are a couple other prog's out there ,but I like this file the best because it can do rom3 & 10 & both dish and bev cards. Good Luck!

That worked like a champ! Took about 6 times and it popped! I backed up the card, cleaned it, applied my script and the latest Rom3 blocker and am now watchin' TV !! COOL ! All I did was screw up the time zone by hell.......I can live with that! Now.........got anything that can pop my Rom 10s at Rev A23?? I'll buy you a beer !! Ha, Ha!

When I run Rompopper on my ROM3 at rev 380, it says that it successfully updated the card to rev 381. When I read it in Nagra it still shows up as rev 380. What am I doing wrong?
