:heads_or_ Did anybody get Gladitor to work for them? I followed the three step direction but, I don't think it did anything!!! Does anybody have a solution for this or am I doing this shit all wrong?

If your ROM 3 was hit by the recent rev 383 update,it's fucked. There's nothing available to unloop these. And I read here (I think) that even if they can be unlooped,they can't be used again. Something about part of the chip being trashed.

That would be the OTP that is trashed. Your wasting your time with that Galdiator shit... I know it sucks, I have three new Rom3 Ice scrapers to add to my H and Hu Ice Scrapers left over from dave.

Same here, I am hoping for a cold winter. I'm going to hold on to my cards though, remember when we all thought the HU cards were looped for good and they were fixable later.

OK guys here's what I have:
DN 3700
ROM3 (A2012)
Dish 500 Card Ready: Rev 383
Software Version: 797PCBJD-N
Bootstrap Version: 10PBCBJD
This system was bought at a garage sale about 1 week before DN ecm. I do not have any sort of program in the card. I set up the system during the weekending of the ECM, dish pointing with a round DTV lnb and I got some Dish 500 channels. What happened?
1. Why did this system take the REV 383 update?
2. Is this ROM3 card programable?
3. Is this IRD 3700 worth a lock to protect rom3 card that currenly reads rev 383?
4. Did anyone have this situation before?

All non blocked cards whether subbed or not will stream lock, Except rom 2's/ Hence your 383 now.
Maybe you will get lucky and if it was not used for awhile will still get what they used to sub to. So do.

ROM 3 Glitched using HU loader

To answer your question YOU'RE NOT ASLEEP IN CLASS!!! However, I have VERY GOOD NEWS. (I broke down and started developing the solution....oh well so much for retirement) The good news is I Just GLITCHED a Rom3 card WITHOUT doing anything to the clock!!!!! Just a very sharp VCC glitch and get this using the original xtal on the HU loader. YES 18.432 MHz xtal on the unit. The mods are very simple... a spin on your mod and 2 more small mods. Should I spill the beans now or are you guys willing to wait for the whole solution? At this point it is still very experimental. I can hit the target glitch within 50 tries most of the times with about 25% of the time exceeding 50 tries before it glitches. Here's a sample of Winexplorer output.
