Smart Card Not Authorized 005 nag

Okay gang, I have just received my programmer from Mili. I got my card to pop its lock no problem. I cleaned the card it is now a rom 3 revision 372. I then read the card and go to data editor. I change my box key and Ird number from dec to hex and put it in with widows calculator doing the converting for me. I open my tier patch that I made with RTM and run the patch no errors or warnings. My public key is basically the keys that change once in awhile and one ones that will autoroll on atmegas and MC's. I manually put them in. I apply my patch and my public key 0 becomes 7f7f7f7f7f7f7f7f00 so I read the card and manually update it to current keys. I still have a valid ATR and everything, I then apply my blocker patch that I made using checksumgenerater with no errors and no warnings. I then put the card in the receiver and it says I am not currently authorized blah blah blah. the oh so common 005 nag that we all know so well. I then unlocked my card using my custom password I made in checksumblocker. I read the card and then go to data editor, Everything is just the way it should be. What am I doing wrong?? I have tried several variations to get this to work, I have wrote the tier list to the card and then wrote the blocker seperately, I have applied the list and then the blocker and then wrote to card. My card is marked and I have made my tier list with a marked rom 3 option just like it says. I have followed the rom programming guide to a t. Have I software locked the card? I have the guide to pop this lock as well but do not want to further damage it if this is the case. Any help would be appreciated. I should add the only thing strange that I see is when I write the blocker it says everything normal that it should say except right above the card written succesfully with 0 retries it always says "Error writing back door key, card maybe locked" then it says Card image written successfully with 0 retries, Card written succesfully.. then it usually says 96.6 percent efficiency with 9 retries, 0 restarts. Other than that, everything looks textbook just like the guide pictures from bellexpress.

Sounds like you are doing it right.
005 is usually either wrong public keys or no tiers. Try downloading the lastest update for your tier making program. Test and run your tier patch then write it to card, Then your tiers are written for sure. Now read card and click on data editor. Scroll down and check the tiers are indeed written, Now open your blocker patch test, Run and write that to card. If that is a rom 3 make sure you are protected from the card looping emm out.

I updated checksumblocker to cover the latest ecm. I also used the latest blocker fix on download page. No matter what I do i get the same thing, have waited for the keys to update although I am not sure if a blocker will allow that to happen, the one I downloaded says it does however so I went with that. I will try your suggestions birdie, thanks a million for the quick relply! And here to think, I was worried about getting the damn thing to unlock! lol that was the easy part. I also have chaned the cam id to magic 2.2.2 default cam id, converting it to hex of course. are the public keys the keys that allow channel decryption? My public keys are the keys for emm signatures are whatever it is. You know the dish ones are 06 07 FO E2 61 6F E1 45 AND C2 66 46 F8 7A 73 48 2A I don't think this is right for public keys but that is what they are. and I know you are going to ask me did I back up the image of the card before I ever changed it. And now in this late hour I can yell you my dumb ass never thought about it at the time!

I noticed public keys roll better if you set them to all zero's and leave it on channel 101 for about 5 minutes. The keys may not be rolling either so could manually enter them also. Milli has them posted at Bellexpress.vu
I noticed the private blocker has the wrong dnet key in the file, Change that if you were looking there for keys.

okay birdie i have done everything you have suggested. I changed the keys to 00000000 and it left it on channel 101, then keys rolled to what they are suppose to be but I have no tv. just that damn 005 nag. I do have dish channels and the music channels which leads me to believe it is a key problem. the keys rolled why didnt' they take effect? Lets break this down, I have a cleaned card and I add tiers. (tiers do show up like they are suppose to) My keys roll to 7f7f7f7f7f7f7f00 I test and run and write to card. I manually configure my keys to 000000's are manually put them in to what they are suppose to be. I have done both. Then I add blocker and keys stay to whatever I put them at. Either my blocker or my tier list is creating the problem. since I have tried 2 different public blockers and get the same effect, I am going to have to go with my tiers are messing up somehow.

Make sure your adding the Ird info and cam id info when your using RTM. I had the same problem.....

Your IRD number is wrong. Dbl check it.

I had the IRD hex number wrong, I included the last two digits, when I did that I got rid of the nags but had black screen no A/V I had manually entered the public keys and I know they were correct but I reprogrammed with all public keys at 0000000000000 and let it update in the stream.
