Unlocking a REV 383

Just got a Rom 3 REV 383 from a friend who upgraded to a new system. Is their any thing special to unlocking a 383 or do I just use a Rompopper program like for 380's or 381's?

I don't believe the 383 has a freeware unlocker yet, but I could be wrong
