Rom 3 Programing Prob

I just purchased a Rom 3 Card.. When I read card I get the message

Opening of COM1 was successful
ATR String: 3F FF 95 00 FF 91 81 71 64 47 00 44 4E 41 53 50
30 30 33 20 52 65 76 33 38 31 F7
ROM Revision: 003
EEPROM Revision: Rev381
Logging into card
Checking for BackDoor
BackDoor appears to be closed, aborting
Error reading image from card
Closing of COM1 was successful

After this message I opened the eeprom editor and everything was 0's.
Is this card marked? Should I try to use Rompopper? Any suggestions would be welcome.

your card is steamlocked. You will have to use rompopper to try and unlock it.

glad I could help, I just got my first piece of plastic up and running 5 minutes ago. The unlocking part was easy and I thought it would be the difficult part! lol
