Attention Satellite Community Members:

On June 10th, Dishnetwork sent out an extremely nasty electronic
countermeasure that damaged a very high percentage of all pirated access
cards in circulation. There has been an outbreak of cries throughout the
satellite testing community from people like you, who are no longer able
to program or modify their current access cards, due to the fact that
their cards are seemingly looped beyond repair.

As many satellite testing enthusiasts probably already realise,
Dishnetwork testing is not as 'freeware' friendly as DirecTV was. For years,
Dishnetwork Unlooper/Unlocker units have cost over seven hundred dollars
each, until NOW! Unlike other dealers, we realise that the gift of free
satellite television shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. For the
longterm benefit of the satellite testing community as a whole, we have
taken the time to reverse engineer the common Echostar Unlooper/Unlocker
units, and have custom designed our own private unlooper/unlocker device
for Dishnetwork access cards, based on the current, more expensive
private solutions out there.

In order to successfully develop our amazing product, we purchased
several high-end devices, and hired a design firm located in China, to
reverse engineer these products, and develop a state-of-the-art solution
that will suit the needs of anyone that wishes to repair their own access
cards, without the hassles or high costs of mailing their cards to an
unlooping expert, or visiting their local dealer. Our device was made to
fit the needs of the common-end user, so it's very simple and easy to
use. It will fix any card, whether it's factory locked, dealer locked,
or looped.

We at U-Bomb have codenamed this revolutionary device the "EchoFX
Repair Station". Our unit is completely standalone and does not require the
use of a computer at all. This unique handheld device is the only one
of it's kind to offer ONE TOUCH REPAIR. It was developped so that it can
be used as a totally portable solution, for the convinience of many
satellite testers that repair cards for friends and family, or are on the
road programming cards as a business. This device is small enough to
fit in your pocket, but powerful enough to virtually surpass any other
Echostar Unlooper/Unlocker product.

The incredible 'EchoFX Repair Station' is has been fully tested and
updated over the past couple of months through a series of "beta" tests by
some of the most recognizable and respectable names in the satellite
testing community. We have been succesful in producing this device so
that it is compatible with 98% of ROM3 and ROM10 access cards, on both
Dishnetwork as well as ExpressVU. Our device is the ONLY "public" solution
to repairing access cards recently looped by the last heavy Dishnetwork
electronic countermeasure. Please note that this will unloop and unlock
all ROM3 cards, but is limited to unlocking only for ROM10 and ROM11
cards.

We are very proud to be able to legitimately say that this repair
station is the most advanced yet most simplistic satellite testing device
available to date. All electronic parts incorporated into the production
of this easy-to-use device are of military grade construction.
Everything needed to take advantage of this unique system are on-board. In
addition to creating the commendable hardware aspect of this product, it
was also necessary for us to employ a team of coding experts to develop
the on-board software that empowers this magical repair station. It uses
advanced VCC and clock glitches, that enable it for unlooping use. It
is powered by a standard 9V battery, which can be purchased at any
convinient store.

To further explain how simple it is to use this product, next we will
describe the steps that need to be taken in using the device. As soon as
you receive your package, you'll need to first plug it in to a
wall-socket to charge for nine hours. After it's fully charged, you'll need to
hold the orange 'on' button for five seconds to power up the device.
Next, you'll need to take a Dishnetwork access card and insert it in the
device. If it's looped, just press the unloop button, and voila - your
card is fixed. If it's locked, just press the unlock button, and it'll
unlock your card instantly. It's as easy as 1-2-3. Any newbie or
advanced coder can take advantage of this crazy product. For your
convinience, we also include an interactive video tutorial which explains every
aspect of the product, as well as a printed guide.

One of the most important aspects of being involved in the satellite
testing community is safety and privacy. For the protection of ourselves,
as well as of all our valued customers, our company is fully owned and
operated offshore in the pristine islands of the Bahamas. The method of
payment which we use is similar to that of online gambling sites, so
it's safe for both ends of the transaction. We also choose not to operate
from a website, because with a website, there are chances of getting
'hacked' or the hosting servers can get seized by law enforcement, thus
jeoperodizing the security of our operation. We also disgard all
customer records immediately upon confirming that the customer has received
their product. We will give you a 'passcode' so that when you call us for
assistance or support, we can verify that you are in fact a genuine
customer. We also ship all orders via overnight courrier in discrete
packaging.

Now is your opportunity to make it in the satellite testing business.
Most access cards in circulation have been looped, and there is a large
amount of people dying to get their cards fixed. With this device,
you'll be able to be the hero of your town. There is very low production of
this device, which means limited exposure. The first commercial batch
which we are selling consists of 34 units in total. Once we are 'sold
out', it'll be another three weeks before we have stock again. So act
fast, while the market for a device like this is hot. Also, please note
that there is a maximum purchase limit of one product per household. To
make this offer even better than it already is, we offer a full 30-DAY
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

The UBOMB was (is?) a real product, and has been reported to work in the past.

I have no direct knowledge of it working to unloop ROM3's after the "black thursday" hit. I guess I wouldn't be surprised if this was the real deal.

I don't put plastic in the stream anymore. MC and Emu have taken it over, so I'll never know.

Be nice to here from someone who's used them, and give it an offical Scam, or Not Scam.

Just went to their site, it looks legit. I think there may be some info on Royce's site. You can see the unlooper/unlocker @ u-bomb.net. Don't forget the www. Hope this is ok.

Oh yeah, they want $380.00us for that baby.

Yes the u-bomb is a real product and it does perform most unlooping/unlocking functions. As far as I know though, and I will look into it further, but the ubomb does not unlock rom10 revA23 or unloop the rom3's effected by "black thursday". Now the EchoFX Repair station on the other hand, sounds like a total crock of shit to me. To me, this looks like somebody 'piggybacking' their product on the reputation of the U-bomb. This add is EXTREMELY suspicious in it's wording and it's claims. I recomend that no one call that number or go to their web site. If your interested in a product that actually works, do a net search for U-bomb.

I agree with JT. If you go to that u-bomb site the very first post says that their support sucks for U-bomb. and it has been rendered useless in the last few months. A litte further down another guy gives it a 1 out of 5 and complains that they erased his first post and that the u-bomb does nothing that a standard ISO won't do with freeware. If it sounds to good to be true it probally is
