Rom 3 @ rev 383 anyway to unlock?

I just got a system from a neighbor and set it up. I get the open channels but thats it. When I first ran the card in Nagra it told me it was a rev 381. I tried everything I had to unlock it but nothing worked. I put it back in the stream and now its at rev 383. Is there anyway to get this card unlocked or am I out of luck?

If you'd only read the newbie guide in dish/bev newbie section, you've found out that NEVER put a card in the signal stream without a blocker.

It is stream-locked @ rev 383 by Dish and there is no software available to unlock it at this point, even dealer's.

Hold on to it for a while.

Lips. I think i know the unlocker you have. IS it a white box about 4-5 inches wide, 6-8 inches long and about 2 inches thick? I know a guy with one of those. He's had it for a couple of years now. It still unlocks all rom3 to date. I think it runs strictly on voltage/timing, not software so much.

Folks, offering unlocker service at what appears to be just a token charge is fine with us. Mili understandibly doesn't allow competitive services or products to be offered in the forums. He doesn't unlock for hire, as far as I know...so go right ahead.

The old Emulator1 unlooper or the Jupiter unlooper does 383 in 10 seconds. Anybody with those unit can do it. I have both.

I tried the rompuke v4 but it didnt touch it. Looks like I'll have to send my 2 rom3's out.. when we all go hit back on the 20th 1 of my 3's that were spoofed @ 383 got stream locked so now I'm back to watching only the locals again...

Chances are, someone just renamed rompopperv01 to rompopperv383, If it is streamlocked, you can send it to lips, he has successfully unlocked alot of 383's for people on this forum and I haven't seen any complaints so far. So he must be doing a hell of a job.

The point is the Man I am sending people to is about half the price others are charging and sends the cards back the same day he receives them. I sent him some Looped cards he got a cpl unlooped and the ones he could not unloop sent the cards and my money back

I just finished this Mod and I do agree that the diagram Vs the Pic is a little off so I decided to go with the Fuzzy Pic and as of yet I can not get it to work at all.

for revision 365 i would use a program called "Opensesame". its worked for me before, takes some time and patience but it will unlock the card. Good luck....

The other guy came through also with 3 cards unlocked and at 372. The reason it took so long was the US Post Office missplaced my Priority Mail Envelope for 3 weeks before delivering it to the guy. He sent it back in a couple of days and he is dependable in my opinion. chep

You keep repeating it, over and over until you get the message the card is unlocked. Then it may or may not be, check it in nagra, if not just keep repeating it with opensesame. It sometimes takes alot of tries, but its allways worked for me. Good luck.....
