I have a Rom 10 rev 23 card , can somebody tell me how to open?

If it is stream locked it can't be opened. If it is blocked you can try a rom popper.

The news is us dealers get screwed from installing new dnet junk. You have not lived until you install a 322/522 setup. Dish gives me 100 bucks and I use 75 in wires, All the bucks are in used trade ins.. Then comes super junk dish LMFAO... Rewire, Cost of superjumk 289 for a wopping 50 bucks. Fuck you Charlie. What is a rom popper? I don't know if it is stream locked or not but it is definitely at A23. Is there some software that I can use to try to open this rom 10 card?

If its locked from a blocker you can unlock using Rom10 A21 unlocker.

I you want to have a nice card, Set it on the side and wait. Never use freeware or you will f up a nice card.

If your card is stream locked at A23 there is nothing out there that will unlock it.If the card is spoofed at A23 with a pass word you may be able to unlock it with one of the many unlocking scripts.If you have backed up your card image with any blocker ,freeware bin or 3m they may had a pass word on the bin .You should go back and check the bin at line C700 or C600 for the pass word.
You should always aply any script to your bin first save the image and then right it to your card.

ScorpionX is right in a way.
But.
His card is not at a streamed RevA23. It is at a lower rev with a blocker. Once the blocker is removed the spoofed rev still shows. If he does a clean on it it will show the real rev of the card.
So, the truth is still a big NO, you can not get into a RevA23 rom10 card.
